We believe God has a purpose for every person. Unfortunately, life has us trained to often do everything but fulfill our purpose. At Jesus Heals we believe that many times God will direct us back toward our purpose if we seek Him. Retreats away from the hustle and bustle of regular life give us an opportunity to hear where God wants us to go and what He wants us to do.

Our San Antonio Retreat Center Mission

The retreat center was started in 2014 by Ron and Vanessa Smeberg.  Ron and Vanessa both have received countless blessings through Acts, Recovery, Discovery, and other retreats, both as participants and as facilitators.  However, they noticed that many retreats were far from town and too expensive for many people to attend.  After circling the retreat idea for about two years, God led them to the land on Old Pearsall Road and the rest is now history in the making.  Jesus Heals strives to provide a quality retreat atmosphere at prices everyone can afford.
